Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds apply. Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) are always protected and are not limited by this policy.

Clearance items — please choose carefully

Our parts are sold at clearance prices. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, and we do not accept returns where the incorrect part was ordered for your vehicle. It is your responsibility to verify that the part number is correct for your specific vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure, please use the Enquire option before ordering and we will help you confirm fitment.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect parts

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, if a part is defective or faulty, damaged when you receive it, or not the part you ordered or not as described, you may return it within 7 days of receiving or collecting it, for a refund or replacement.

How to request a return

Email us at paarlbergmotors@onedaycar.co.za within 7 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the part where relevant. We will assess the return and let you know the next steps. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Parts being returned must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the implied warranty of quality on defective goods.
