Paarlberg Motors ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Proximitas Investments 15 (Pty) Ltd, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

When you place an order or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or business name (if provided), and order and transaction details. We do not process card payments online — payment is made by EFT into our bank account, and we do not store any card or banking details.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, confirm part availability and arrange collection or delivery, contact you about your order or enquiry, respond to questions and provide customer support, and occasionally contact you about our products and offers (you can opt out of these at any time).
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to fulfil your order — for example with a courier company to arrange delivery. These parties are bound to protect your information.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Your rights

Marketing
